Welcome

Welcome to the Highland Springs Neighborhood Home Owners Association webpage. We feel that you will love the amazing mountain views from the back porch or front porch as much as we do. We are nestled in Walland, TN near the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

We are neighbors, but we also encourage friendships. We have neighborhood "get togethers" 3 times a year to meet new neighbors and cultivate existing friendships.

Our goal for our website is to provide helpful information for current and future residents. The association has a board of directors and we have an annual meeting which meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every November.

Yearly Dues

The $200 yearly dues should be submitted to the HOA by January of each year. Please put your lot number on your check. Mail your payments to the following address.

Get Togethers

Our first Neighborhood Get toegether will be April 30th and weather is looking good for 5pm. HOA will be providing meats and buns. If you have an even house number you will bring a side and the odd house numbers will bring dessert. We look forward to seeing all of you.

Architectural Committee

We are appreciative to have an architectural committee in place to help keep the home construction consistent throughout our neighborhood as we continue to grow. All NEW construction must be approved by the architectural committee who report to the board of directors. To submit projects to be reviewed, please e-mail the association to the address below.
